The Small Wedding Package can be booked for dates March through November
**NOTE**
We are constantly booking events so our availability can change at any time. A date is booked and removed from this list when we've received a signed contract and deposit.
2026 AVAILABILITY
We reserve weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) during our prime wedding season for events that book our Signature Wedding Package. Dates that go unbooked will become available to book the Small Wedding Package six months prior to the date.
Plenty of weekday (Monday-Thursday) dates remain as well as the following Saturdays:
March 7, 14 & 21
April 4 & 11
November 21 & 28
December 5, 12 & 19

Our Small Wedding Package is centered around the house and is ideal for celebrations of up to 50 guests. It’s perfect for intimate gatherings that make the most of the home’s charm.
Choosing the Right Package for Your Celebration
Once your guest list exceeds 50, the barn becomes an essential part of the celebration.
Our Signature Wedding Package includes access to both the house and the barn, along with the time, amenities, staffing, and flexibility most couples ultimately need for a larger celebration.
These two packages allow us to craft the best experience possible for events that truly fit our venue. We know we’re not the perfect fit for everyone, and that’s okay. For the right couple, Warrenwood is a dream come true!

Do you want the whole shebang with all your favorite people? If so, our Signature Wedding Package may be the best fit for you and your up to 180 guests.
None. Warrenwood provides the tables & chairs, but does not offer decorations. Rental items such as table linens, arches, etc. are available, but priced and booked separately. See our inventory >>HERE<<.
What decorations are included?
No, the venue staff will be onsite during your event to tend to venue-related tasks only, not to coordinate your entire event. We highly recommend, but do not require, you to hire an event coordinator.
Is A wedding Coordinator Included?
Yes. Event insurance is required, but not purchased from Warrenwood or included with your venue rental. The cost is generally $100-$200 via our recommended provider, Event Helper.
Do I have to get event insurance?
You can hire any reputable & professional vendor. We recommend, but do not require, caterers to be licensed and insured. Bartenders must be licensed and insured. Warrenwood now offers optional bar-related services. Learn more about our services >>HERE<<.
What vendors can I hire for my wedding?
Payments may be made via check, cash or credit card. After your initial deposit, your remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event.
What are the payment options?
A date is booked when we've received a signed contract and $500 deposit. Contract signatures & payments can be handled online.
How do I book my wedding Date?
Nope. Dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Booking is the only way to reserve your date.
Will you hold my wedding date?
